Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to accordance and approval by Toilets + Limited hereafter referred to as ‘the company’
All orders shall be executed on the understanding that the placing of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms to the exclusion of all conditions of the Purchaser’s order except in so far as the same are expressly accepted by the company.
Return of goods will only be accepted subject to prior written agreement by the company. Any goods accepted for return must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
The title to and the property in the goods will pass only on payment, and not on delivery only, of all amounts due under the order.
These terms and conditions shall in all respects be in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have sole jurisdiction in all matters arising from an disputes.
