How do I know which luxury trailer I need for my event?
There are several variables to consider, firstly how many guests are you expecting, secondly what’s the duration of your event and thirdly will alcohol be served. Once you’re able to answer these questions, take a look at our Luxury Trailers on the homepage to find out which one fits the bill or call our Hire Desk Team on 0800 606 100. Our smallest unit is perfect for up to 75 people and the largest caters for up to 275 people.
What does 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 mean?
The numbers in the unit titles refer to the number of toilet cubicles in each unit. For example a 2+1 trailer means there are two ladies toilets and one men’s, along with two or three urinals in the men’s section.
How much space is needed for delivery of the luxury trailer?
The luxury trailer will be delivered using one of our top of the range pick-up trucks, so please allow enough space for this and the trailer to get to through.
What is a suitable location for the trailer at my event?
The trailer can be towed onto a field or smaller grass area. We’ll just need to have clear access to be able to drop-off and pick up the unit with enough space to park. They can be used inside or outside as long as there is suitable access, height clearance and ventilation.
Do I need access to water and electricity for the luxury toilets?
The luxury units require a 240 volt power supply. This can be from a generator or another mains power supply. For more information on this, contact our Hire Desk Team on 0800 606 100. The trailers are self-contained so with normal usage in line with the maximum attendees and event duration there should be no need for access to an additional water supply.
What added extras are supplied with the Luxury Toilet Trailer?
As standard, each unit will come supplied with toilet rolls, luxury hand soap and hand sanitiser. When our experienced service driver delivers your toilet, they will show you where extra items are stored, so you’re never caught short.
Do you offer an on-site attendant service for the luxury toilet trailers?
An onsite attendant service can be requested, and subject to availability this can be agreed for an additional fee. There is an out of hours breakdown line which can be called if there are any problems.
When will the luxury toilet trailer be collected?
The luxury units are usually collected the day after the event. If an event is on a Saturday, the unit will be delivered on Friday and collected on either the Sunday or Monday.
Can I move the luxury trailer once it’s onsite?
No, please do not try to move the unit once it’s in place. It will be fully connected to the power supply and secured in place so any attempt to move it will likely damage the unit. An ideal spot will be on a flat surface with good access without over-hanging trees.
Are there lights in the luxury units?
Yes there is ambient lighting in all of our units.
How far in advance do I need to book a luxury trailer?
